Villa Amber is part of the very popular, gated Crystal Lagoon development and is perfectly located for all amenities. It is a few houses down from 3-bedroom KaliMera Villa Emily, suitable for larger groups that prefer separate villas!

Set in a quiet gated cul-de-sac with enclosed garden, it’s ideal for families, couples or small groups. Features include WiFi, air con, full kitchen, and easy self check-in. 

Everything’s walkable, the setting is peaceful, and the location couldn’t be more convenient for a relaxing holiday. A really lovely villa in the perfect spot.

Downstairs is a spacious area offering open plan living with the kitchen to the side with a window overlooking the pool and guest WC. Patio doors open out to the pool area.

Outside

A good sized private garden with privacy fencing and plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and for the kids to run wild!

The villa is fully fenced off from the public area and we provide fencing across one area of the garden to create a fenced play area with playhouse and toys so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave the patio door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the 7x3 m pool. 

There's outside dining for 6 people with a large sun umbrella, sun loungers, pool and garden lighting if you are sitting outside late in the evening. A gazebo and outside sofas make a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Although street parking is available, there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.
